I'm Godwin Ibok — a Nutritionist, Workplace Wellness Coach, and founder of Prowellness Academy. I've spent 6 years helping busy professionals, executives, founders, and corporate teams build health habits that hold up under real work pressure.
My approach is simple: practical over perfect. Most people don't need more wellness information — they need systems that actually fit their life. That's what I build, whether I'm working 1-on-1 with an individual or running a training for an entire organization.

I gained a lot of weight over time and needed help. I got a meal plan from Godwin and joined the 1-on-1 coaching program during the lockdown. The programs really helped me and I lost over 30kg in 5 months. That was in 2020 and almost 6 years later, I've kept the weight off.
